The location of the hotel was breath, taking. the beautiful mountains provided a perfect backdrop for the open, air e, bike rides. the rooms were spacious, the bathrooms clean and the service impeccable. Guests raved about the fantastic breakfast buffet, with a variety of options that catered to all dietary requirements. the hotel also provided great facilities like e, bikes rental and half, board plan that included dinner.

The lack of clarity in some areas of the hotel caused confusion.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, easily accessible from the main road. The staff members are fluent in English and offer great hospitality. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary bike service that allowed us to roam around the beautiful village. the spacious and clean rooms with beautiful views were the highlight of our stay.

One downside we encountered was the early closing time of the sauna, which left us disappointed since we were unable to use it. we found the dinner timings to be quite early, limiting our options to enjoy dinner at the hotel.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. Best aspects include the welcoming and accommodating staff, delicious meals , and clean and well-equipped facilities. The location was also convenient for exploring the city and nearby areas.

Spending xmas at this hotel was a great decision! The decorations were beautiful and created a cozy atmosphere - perfect for the holidays. The wait staff was friendly and attentive, making our xmas dinner a memorable experience. Plus, the location was fantastic with easy access to the ski slopes and scenic hiking trails. We also appreciated the complimentary snowshoe rentals!

The soundproofing in the hotel wasn't the best. We could hear noise from other rooms and the hallway which disrupted our sleep a few times. Additionally, although the breakfast options were plentiful, the coffee could have been stronger. Nevertheless, overall it was a positive experience and we would definitely consider staying here again.
